During my visit to South Carolina in 2021, I had the opportunity to visit Percy and Willie's restaurant. The staff there was very accommodating and excellent customer service. Our waitress name Latoya provided us with exceptional customer service. But the icing on the cake of customer service was provided by the manager Shawayne. She provided us with details regarding why their salmon and beef entrées included such exquisite herbs and toppings. This location will include a return visit when we come to South Carolina.
Percy and Willies is one my go to spots when I am in Florence. Today we got takeout and it came out relatively quick. I liked that we didn't have to go inside, we just pulled up and a server came out to confirm our name to go get our orders. The to go parking is on the opposite side of the restaurant. It's best to drive around the back to get there. I got my usual Spicy Bayou Chicken pasta. It's literally one of my favorite pasta dishes ever. I love that the cream sauce is thick and sticks to the noodles (it's not soupy but more of a cheesy consistency). The Cajun seasonings are throughout the chicken and pasta. It's topped with tomatoes and green onions. It is spicy but I love it. I also got the spinach dip. It also has a little kick to it. My daughter got the chili cheese fries which were topped with bacon. I sampled them and they were pretty good. The menu online said it was a steak fry but it tasted more like a raw cut fry to me. It is served with a side of sour cream. FYI: A take out gratuity is added to each order and you do have the option to add an additional tip. Also, you won't be able to get your total over the phone when placing the order .
So glad to find an established local, non-chain restaurant off of 95. Great menu friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of elbow room. Delicious flavors. The flounder po'boy sandwich with garlic mushroom side rocks!
Right next to the mall. I love the ribeye. The place is casual. The service is friendly. The menu is affordable. The location is near most hotels and the convention center. The salads are very fresh . They have a bar too. This seems to be a lager space than the former location. The other location was brighter inside. This location looks like an old steak house. Lighting does make a difference The food is great
Service was amazing. Constantly clearing plates, checking in, and refilling drinks. Food was great as well. Salad, chicken sandwich, sautéed mushrooms, and croissants where all fantastic. Not sure where the other reviews are, but this was a great experience.
